Our Physio’s have a series of massage techniques specific to each injury – targeted at relieving sore muscles, and promoting healing in injured ones

Dry needling

Release sore and tight muscles to keep wear and tear away. 

Trigger point dry needling is very useful in keeping your body moving smoothly – which is essential in preventing injury in heavy labour industries. 

Manipulations/ mobilisations 

Feel like your joints don’t move as well as they used to? 

Mobilisations are an effective way to improve joint movement and keep them pain free while working. 

Our therapists utilise a multitude of techniques on various joints in the body – adaptable for most injuries
