These Terms and Conditions govern your use of OnSite Physio’s services and website.
By booking an appointment, engaging our services, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About Us
OnSite Physio is a mobile physiotherapy service operating in Western Australia. We provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, injury prevention, rehabilitation, ergonomic advice, and workplace-based services.
All physiotherapy services are delivered by qualified and registered physiotherapists in accordance with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) standards.

3. Medical Disclaimer

  • Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care.

  • If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000 immediately.

  • Physiotherapy outcomes vary between individuals.

  • We do not guarantee specific treatment results.

You agree to provide accurate and complete medical history information prior to treatment.

4. Appointments & Bookings
4.1 Booking Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed once you receive confirmation from OnSite Physio.
4.2 Arrival & Access
For workplace visits:

  • Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the treatment location.

  • The environment must be safe and suitable for assessment and treatment.


5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand schedules change. However:

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Failure to attend (no-show) appointments may incur 100% of the appointment fee.

For corporate or workplace group bookings, separate cancellation terms may apply under written agreement.

6. Fees & Payments

  • All fees are payable at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept [insert payment methods – e.g., EFT, card, invoice].

  • Corporate clients may be invoiced under agreed terms.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

Prices are subject to change at any time.

7. Workplace & On-Site Services
For employer-engaged services:

  • Employers must ensure the worksite complies with workplace health and safety regulations.

  • OnSite Physio reserves the right to refuse treatment in unsafe conditions.

  • Employers are responsible for informing employees that participation is voluntary unless otherwise required under workplace policy.


8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information.

  • Inform us of any changes in your condition.

  • Follow treatment advice and exercise programs as prescribed.

  • Advise us immediately if you experience pain or discomfort during treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant medical history may affect treatment safety and outcomes.

9. Workers Compensation & Third-Party Claims
If treatment is related to a Workers’ Compensation or third-party claim:

  • You must provide relevant claim details.

  • You remain personally responsible for payment of fees if the insurer does not pay.

  • Approval from insurers may be required prior to treatment.


10. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and handle personal and health information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.
All personal information collected is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

11. Intellectual Property
All website content including:

  • Text

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Educational materials

  • Programs

  • Graphics

Remains the property of OnSite Physio unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

  • OnSite Physio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

  • Liability for services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

  • We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from failure to follow prescribed advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Website Use
When using our website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse or interfere with the website.

  • Not to upload harmful content.

  • Not to attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.

We may suspend or restrict access for misuse.

14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website with the revised date.
Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
