FAQ's

1. Why would your business invest in OnSite Physio?
Because it saves you money long-term. Preventing injuries reduces workers’ comp claims, sick days, and downtime - while keeping your workforce productive and on the tools.

2. How does this actually improve productivity?
Healthier workers move better, work more efficiently, and take fewer days off. Small issues get handled early instead of turning into lost time.

3. Isn’t this just another expense?
No - it’s a cost-saving measure. You’re not spending money, you’re preventing bigger losses like injuries, claims, and reduced output.

4. Will this slow down work on site?
No. Sessions are short and built around breaks, shift changes, or downtime. The goal is to reduce disruption long-term, not create it.

5. How is this different from sending workers to a physio clinic?
We remove the barrier. No travel, no time off site, no waiting rooms. Everything is done on-site, around your schedule, with a focus on prevention - not just treatment.

6. What kind of results can we expect?
Fewer recurring injuries, reduced sick leave, lower workers’ comp risk, and a more reliable workforce that can perform consistently.

7. What injuries do you deal with most?
Back pain, shoulder injuries, knee issues, and repetitive strain - common problems caused by heavy, repetitive, physical work.

8. What if workers don’t have time or aren’t interested?
That’s exactly why we exist. We make it quick, easy, and part of the workday. Once workers feel the benefit, engagement follows naturally.

9. Is this just massage?
No. Massage is only one tool. We assess, treat, rehab, and prevent injuries - fixing the cause, not just the symptoms.

10. How do you fit into our worksite safely?
We set up outside active work zones with our own equipment and follow all safety requirements. No interference with operations.

11. How many workers can you see in a visit?
We run short, targeted sessions and can treat multiple workers per visit depending on needs and time available.

12. How often should we have you on-site?
It depends on your workforce size and injury risk. We offer flexible options - weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or one-off visits.

13. Who pays for the service?
Flexible options - businesses can fully cover it, subsidise it, or offer it as an optional service to workers.

14. Do workers need referrals or paperwork?
No. We assess and treat directly on-site. If further care is needed, we guide the next steps.

15. Is this only for injured workers?
No. The biggest value comes from prevention - treating early pain and stiffness before it becomes a serious injury.
