Telehealth


Our complimentary Telehealth consultation is a convenient way to begin your physiotherapy journey from the comfort of your home. During this online session, we'll discuss your concerns, review your symptoms, answer any questions, and provide initial advice to help guide your recovery.
 

Please note: All Telehealth consultations are free of charge but must be followed by a mobile in-home physiotherapy appointment. This allows us to complete a thorough physical assessment, provide hands-on treatment where appropriate, and develop a personalised treatment plan to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Travel Fee Policy

Flat fee of $1.20/km from our office in Mandurah, 6210.

Payment Process

  1. Book a Session
    Individuals can book a session through the OnShore Physio booking system by selecting their preferred service, date, and time.
     

  2. Booking Confirmation
    Once a booking is submitted, OnShore Physio receives the booking details and confirms the appointment.
     

  3. Invoice Issued
    After the appointment is completed, an invoice will be sent via email to the individual responsible for payment.
     

  4. Payment Terms
    All invoices must be paid within 3 business days of the appointment date.
     

  5. Late Payments
    If payment is not received within the 3-business-day period, additional late fees may apply.
